Prepare yourself for a flavorful trip to Brazil! Our latest dish, straight from the colourful Paraiba region, is a fusion treat blending Brazilian cuisine with an Aussie twist.
What is in: Dried beef stir-fried with caramelized onions, perfectly paired with crispy fried polenta. Each bite is like a taste of Brazil’s bustling streets!
We’ve also added some red capsicum hummus for extra flavor. And to finish it off, a drizzle of smoked paprika oil.
