Orders
A minimum order of 50 pieces in total is required.
All orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
If your order is less than 48 hours prior, please contact us (08 6244 8980) to confirm your order can be made.
Pricing
All prices are current at the time of quotation however are subject to change based on market fluctuations. All prices shown are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment
All orders must be paid in advance via credit card. A Public holiday surcharge of 10% will be applied to the total account for any orders falling on a designated public holiday.
Cancellations
In the unfortunate situation that a customer must cancel a catering order, notification must be made in writing and Buteko reserves the right to charge to following cancellation fees:
More than 72 hours prior to the event – full refund
72 to 48 hours 50% refund
48 hours or less no refund

Pick-ups are from our restaurant Buteko in Scarborough.

Unforeseen circumstances
Buteko reserve the right to cancel a booking and refund deposits and pre-payments without further liability, if unforeseen circumstances such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, interruption to utilities and services, plant or equipment failure, industrial disputes, accidents or interruptions and unavailability of products result Buteko being unable to deliver product or services required.
